Deidara - he has freaking mouths on his hands
Sasori - the guy is literally a puppet
Zetsu - ...do i need to explain this one?
Hidan - when he goes into that black-and-white mode he looks pretty terrifying
Kakuzu - the guy is a zombie stitched together with threads
Kisame - he's half shark and has blue skin
Itachi - he can summon a giant red skeleton, turn himself into crows, and cast nightmarish illusions
Pain - six dead corpses controlled by black rods with creepy purple eyes
Konan - she's the least monster-like of them, but she can turn her body to paper, which is weird i guess.

I've got to agree with Jiraiya. She doesn't look slutty at all, we've never seen her in anything less than an Akatsuki robe and yet she's still pretty.
