Besides he used Preta Path,Limbo,the Outer Path,and the Chakra Rods which are all Rinnegan powers.

So, Obito transcended death, and that's the norm these days.

The last panel of this chapter is a little suspicious however if he really was evil then he could have just left team 7 in Kaguya's world, he got his chakra back, there was no reason to bring them as they would cause him problems.

Maybe he want to get the sage powers that he gave them back? thus the bijuus so he can become once again the juubi's jin, maybe when he became the juubi's jin, somewhat the juubi aka the mother somewhat controlled him a little bit or made him to have some hatred inside him... i dunno, speculations.
