Does this imply he favoritizes characters based on each arc rather than the series as a whole? If this is true, what characters do you believe he favoritezed for each arc until now?

black zetsu might be the favorite character in this arc for him . Kishimato really made him into the mastermind of the whole shinobi history

I find it kinda funny that he says that his favorite characters are Killer B and Choiji, however when you read a bit further down he continues saying that another character is also his favorite character.
