Beside the Sasuke Uchiha being the direct descendent of the SO6P rather than the Naruto uzamaki (which is half uzamaki),Sasuke uchiha have been shown more comparison to s06p compare to naruto at different occasion

This is how Rikudo Sennin suppose to look.We never seen his face in the manga but a shadow version of his appearance and his eyes (Rinnegan).We never seen his entire face or body

Kishimoto on 2 occasion hinted the readers Sasuke resemblance to SO6P by these two moment below

1.When Sai first met Sasuke in orichimaru base

Sasuke just need Senju dna to become fully Rikudou sennin currently because he have EMS which allow him to get all the information from the uchiha tablet at the nakano shrine.

Nah man, it's just not Sasuke. There's just too much support being of Naruto being the reincarnation, especially since the tailed beasts have acknowledged him as that, the only people we know that personally know the sage. Can't argue with facts like that

As far i've seen Naruto looks more sage of the six paths than sasuke.. Naruto km looks like sage himself, current sasuke aint looking sage for a 1 bit.. or will do.. ( i think )

The uzamaki clan is a far cousin from the senju clan.There main characterist are their hair(Nagato,Karin,Kushina and Mito all have red hair) while naruto donot have red hair because he a half uzamaki.The possibility of naruto having senju Dna is very low too since the uzamaku are far cousin from senju clan.
