Orochimaru can only live 3 years before he needs to steal another body and here he already crossed the limit so he needed to take Sasuke's body or he will die.

In this scene Sasuke killed Orochimaru's body and sealed his power inside his cursed seal like how Jugo's power is sealed aswell, Orochimaru shouldn't be able to do anything without his body, and his power is sealed inside Sasuke's CS the same way Orochimaru seals other people's, but when he fights Itachi this happens:

How does Orochimaru have a body? Didn't he leave it when Sasuke killed him? His jutsu works by transferring his soul to the new host after his old host's body can't accept him anymore, and he can only do it when that happens.

I guess you kinda can accept that cuz Orochimaru is sealed inside Sasuke so maybe he can grow his body from him or something.

But later Sasuke wants to revive Orochimaru but the way he does it doesn't make sense:

How did this happen? Didn't Itachi seal him with Totsuka?? Where did Orochimaru get a new body??? Is the flesh that Jugo took from Kabuto enough???? Are you telling me that Orochimaru was summoned from Dream Realm????? If he was where did he get a body cuz he is not attached to Sasuke??????

If Kishimoto didn't create this bullshit Sasuke would still have his cs2 and it would get stronger when he receives Jugo's flesh then Hashirama's flesh, and when he meets Hagoromo he would get his senjutsu chakra and obtain Six Paths Cursed Seal 2.

Imagine how OP it would be.

But of course to keep the Yin Yang balance he had to take that power from Sasuke or he will be just like Madara........Madara already has both abilities....... why did he take that power from Sasuke and not from Madara?!?! Why does Kishimoto hate Sasuke so much?!?! Is Naruto that much of a fodder?!?!

If you have an explanation please tell me.

No,Sasuke is not the main star,He is support. The Star is Naruto so logically support cast members work for the star of the Series Naruto Uzumaki.

Lol Naruto is the one that has been chasing Sasuke for 3 years and the whole purpose of part 2 is to bring him back to Konoha.

Orochimaru's essence is within the curse seal. Because of this he is able to exist, he already told Sasuke that he saw everything from Anko when he saw Kabuto. He was still sealed though, it's the same way you summon an animal from their respective place such as the toads from mpunt myoboku (or however you spell it) or the way you summon team 7 nack from Kaguya's dimension. The blade of totsuka seals you in a dimension so it makes sense that orochimaru is summoned back.

Secondly, Kishimoto wanted to keeo Sasuke pure, almost every Uchiha has some sirt of additive. Obito and Madara had Hashirama's flesh, Sasuke did not, it's already been debated and proven that he used his knowledge of Hashi's DNA to help Sasuke but if you attach Hashirama's DNA you tend to have some massive body distortions, Sasuke did not. I'm glad Sasuke didn't have the curse seal because it just drains his life force anyway and it just links him back to Orochimaru who he has far surpassed at this point. Think of it this way, Sasuke is fighting with just his power alone with no help of others just like Indra nit even the main star Naruto can attest to doing that. A curse nark is bad for sasuke in terms of character development and just his overall health. There's more to a story than just writing overly hax characters. Unless you're Kubo

Naruto has been nerfed since the beginning bro. He was supposed to learn new wind techs to combat Sasukes raiton and water style to be susceptible to Sasukes Katon, creating a deadlock beyween the two. Naruto was meant to have hurricane style jutsus but Kishi would rather make hime a one trick pony with op forms.

That's not a nerf. Just because he didn't learn new abilities that weren't even hinted towards.

I see a nerf as giving a character something then taking it away for the purpose of plot. It did happen with Naruto but only in the form of Frog Kata. I can't remember any other instances where he was nerfed.
