Messing up would mean, there is a standard the writer is following. In an essay yes you can mess up. But in something that you yourself create.. you can't mess up, unless it has something to do with contradiction, which is not the case here.

Its his characters and his universe, how can he mess them up? Because he didn't give them enough time? where is it written that he should've given them time? nowhere.. lol.

So kishimoto is suppose to focus on every single on of his characters?

Hanzo - got his hype, and kishimoto showed him taking on the sanin in their youth/prime and tied with them. As an Edo he fought Mifune the strongest Samurai that is EASILY Kage level.

Sorry, but if your favorite is a villain (most people who complaina bout kishi , have high expectations of a villain they really like)... then i have no clue why you would expect kishimoto to do things for you.

A writer can mess up his/her story by creating contrived scenarios and changing character motivations without a credible reason for doing so.Kishi so far has done several out of character moments when Obito was shaken of his resolve, and he made it happen not because Obito had a change of heart but because Naruto made some speech which is what happened to nearly everyone major villain in the series.

Peopl are complaining about this arc because Kishi is afraid to kill off characters when they should have died like Tsunade somehow surviving being cut in half when she should have bled out,too many characters on the good guy's side are still alive when realistically a good number of them should have died.

The series has become predictable and that is one thing you don't want to happen as a writer because the reader will become bored and stop reading your work.

He brought them out all right.... To the detriment of their reputation, they did serve a purpose....

And now as a result of Kishi’s discussion to do so, people’s perceptions of most characters are forever tainted.

The majority of fans are very disappointed, are you going to suggest they all stop watching and reading? - You don’t think that approach will have any consequences?
Yea and they killed over 40k shinobi... so... yea.

Disappointment and being mad and *****ing about it are 2 different things =]. I said if you don't like it, no point reading it. This isn't wwe where they try to see what the fans want.. this is someone writing his story, that he already has and putting it on display. :)

Preceptions of characters are tainted by the people themselves, not kishi.

So the fact that some characters like Minato are portrayed as idiots does'nt bother you?

You're correct. There has been almost no sense of danger, in a war....

I've read plenty of comics and they usually more deaths or bitter sweet moments so what's your point?

The series has become predictable and that is one thing you don't want to happen as a writer because the reader will become bored and stop reading your work.

Every character change Kishimoto has given he has provided an reasonable reason. Highly false, Naruto's speech wasn't the part that affected Obito, it was the images of Rin and Kakashi over and over playing in his head that affected Obito. It basically showed Obito has a manipulation point in the mind, his "Weak point". As for other characters.. only other major villain that Naruto beat was Nagato.. who ORIGINALLY was the same as Naruto..so yea.

Now how do you know he is afraid? She already said in Part 1 she can't be killed in battle.... "too many character on the guy's side are still alive". Well only about 20k shinobi are left from the alliance so what are you talking about? The stronger ones survive.. that is a simple rule of surviving. In a war the weaks ones get killed off first. Also if they didn't have the huge numbers on their side.. they would've reccieved an ass whooping from the juubi even worst..

The series has become predictable.. funny you say that because, people were predicting Obito was gonna change his heart when Naruto talked to him .. but he didn't. Not only that people were predicting Madara was gonna be the juubi's jin... but that didn't happen. People were also saying Madara is gonna shitstomp Hashirama.. that didn't happen. However, notice that there were opposite sides to those predictions.. so no matter what.. someone is going to predict something sooner or later, that is gonna turn out to be right. =]. Hell the God tree thing was unpredictable.. rofl.

So the fact that some characters like Minato are portrayed as idiots does'nt bother you?

And when was he portrayed as the smartest ever? o_O. On top of that when was Minato portrayed as an idiot?? Because Tobirama (the guy who is like Minato's grandpapi) called him Dumb? The dude is portrayed as an genius..

Yea... 40k deaths of people we don't know anything about, and have no emotional connection to.

I would have the same emotional response to Obito or Madara holding a magnifying glass over a colony of ants.

Jiraiya died = fans b*tching

Neji died = Fans b*tching

Your expectations.. i don't need to know them.. nor do i care about them mate. I'm simply saying kishimoto can't fail it because there is no standard to fail on.

yes i have and how is he portrayed as idiot ? lacking the power to stop a OP being = to being a idiot now?

The fact that he just stood there with his mouth open when Obito was mocking him?Minato was portrayed as someone who kept his composure and had a machine like ruthlessness yet he allowed Obito to get inside his head, even Tobirama commented on him being dense when he came up with a overly long name for his jutsu.

People like you were complaining, I was relieved that FINALLY the main characters experienced a taste of the horror's of war.
