Obviously they can't even make the anime without his permission and before uploading the vids I think Kishi watches them to make sure they aren't f*cking up his manga

He plays some role in the Anime department. I assume he makes sure the Anime is kept to the Manga. However, the can make few changes to the original story.

I doubt he watches it. The makers of the anime probably just tell him when they plan on making non-canon material, and he approves or disapproves.

he probably watchs one or two episodes per set just to check out the animation quality and what not but other then that i doubt he would want to watch it when he can just think of any situation in his head and make it real to the story.
