Sasuke isn't gonna ally with Madara. That would go against what Itachi wanted to protect so for now, he's not gonna be in conflict with Naruto. The power thing may become an issue later though but I'm not really for it.

It doesn't seem that way at all to be honest, what makes you think that? They seem to be mutual rivals at the moment. When their Susanoo and Kyuubi formed they even looked like friends.

But yeah, this is a smart thread. I can see that coming. I would quite like Sasuke to remain as he is now, an emotionally removed force of good, like ANOTHER character change for him would just get repetitive but smart observation none the less.
