Okay, so to revive the incomplete Juubi, Tobi pulled out the sealing gourd used by Ginkaku and the Amber Sealing Pot whatever thing. So those supposedly carried Kinkaku and Ginkaku's remains right? Well, since they too were Edo Tensei summons, why weren't they removed from that ethereal plane?! Unless they also learned the release seal like Madara, I am thoroughly baffled!

You say it like the Gedo Mazou can just like take a big Bijuu Straw and suck souls out of the Sages Sacred Tools! I'm curious as to how he actually extracts the chakra, if it's supposed to be sealed in their permanently!

Those tools belonged to the Sage, and he had the Rinnegan. He most likely had the ability to manipulate them somehow with his Rinnegan. Now, if the former was true, I'm pretty sure Tobi would have the same ability as the Sage. Ergo, he can manipulate the tools and extract whatever was sealed.

Hmmm, well really it depends on how much prior knowledge Tobi had of the 5 Sacred Tools. All of our arguments are really based off of speculation, we really can't know the truth until it actually happens. But in my opinion, this is a minor plothole that I don't think has a true explanation at the moment.

Tobi knows more than every other character. If he knows about the Sage and his sons... I'm pretty sure he would know about the Sacred Tools.
