hi NB members how are you guys doing =D

couple of weeks ago in english class we learnt about the word :

sibilance: a consonant characterized by a hissing sound (like s or sh).

this got me thinking their are many people in naruto that have 'S' in their names, as well as many jutsus
if you think about it most villans have an 'S' in their names (im guessing only in naruto)
  • 'S'asuke
  • 'S'hukaku ( 1 tails)
  • 'S'usuki (Land of Demons)
  • orochimarus 'S'nakes

i think this was an intersting topic to bring up

if you guys can think of anymore please post!!

Im sure its just coincidence. Sasuke is a rather common Japanese name, and I dont think you can link the S in "snake" to Orochimaru like that. That would be like if I found a pattern in the letter R so I link "ramen" to "Naruto" to make him fit in with the trend.

I don't think it applies to the Japanese language.
Names have meanings that usually translate to the characters personality.
