If madara doesnt get revived in the state he died in (old, with 1 sharingan) then the story is ruined. Why the hell would madara get revived with all of his current powers? Thats not even his goddamn body.....

Kishi would probably pull some bs & say that kabuto modified madara during death & so now he can get revived in that state, or that the juubi gives him all his previous powers...Either way its a load of crap.
