Kishi has kept people from finding out that the minato is narutos dad!!!! And now when naruto finally calls him dad in front of someone (sas uke) kishi shows sasuke having zero reaction to it at all!!! Why is that? And also do you think sasuke wants to STILL kill naruto?

That is just sasuke being sasuke. Sasuke just cares about himself, he is too arrogant to pay attention to naruto's statement.
About what sasuke's said, I really don't know. It's likely, considering that it was shown a naruto picture cut in half with sasuke saying that he will be the one to delete the past.
One does not simply figure sasuke out. Sasuke has a serious mental issue. He is good, he is bad, he wants revenge, he wants to kill everybody, he is kind of good, then bad again. He is basically insane, so all we can do is wait.

Sasuke know Minato is naruto dad long ago since he got out Konoha but the story just isn't said it! Kishi forget to add this detail

What really bugs me is that in Road To Ninja Sakura learned Naruto was Minato's son, she knew about him in the movie, and this event took place before the war.

And in the manga Sakura reacts as "who is he?". LOL dude, I guess it's just Road to Ninja is not canon, but it is still inconsistent.

at this point, i don't think sasuke cares about anything/nothing surprises him anymore. he just made up his mind and is focused on his goal (changing the system as he see's fit) everything else is meaningless.
so if he found out about neji's death/naruto being minato's son, it won't matter and this will always be his reaction :
