Just skim through it and be amazed at the asspull that is NaruHina SasuSaku. It's such of an asspull we need a movie to explain it. Movies are suddenly canon when you need an excuse for why someone happened.
It's not an asspull though..
The reason for there being more panels between Naruto and Sakura is because they were on the same team. It's nothing romantic.
If Hinata was on Naruto's team instead of Sakura, there would be more panels with Naruto and Hinata than there would be with Naruto and Sakura.
The MinatoxKushina parallels are stupid. Out of all of Kushina's wishes to Naruto, the only one he really followed was "make some friends". Kushina even told him to eat many different things and take his studies seriously, and we saw from the very beginning he joked around in the Academy and ate ramen exclusively. It's not something Kishi changed last minute. It's been there from the start. Naruto not following Kushina's words of picking someone like her isn't an asspull.
Road to Ninja wasn't canon. You would think if NaruSaku was hinted in an
alternate universe (which is what Road to Ninja was), then it's not going to happen in the real world.
Comparing Sakura to Kushina also doesn't mean anything. Several characters compared her to Tsunade.
The "parallel" with Shikamaru's parents and NaruSaku actually made me laugh. They use a scan of Sai saying to Sakura "You're really gentle with Naruto, aren't you?" Anyone who has read this manga knows that's not true XD Sai was clueless when it came to emotions. Taking his words seriously is kinda funny.
In the end, not an asspull. The fact there is going to be a movie explaining the NaruHina relationship is because of the timeskip.
