Yo that 5 percent he was being hit cause of the FTG Technique . He has god like powers and you still hitting him with the FTG it just shows how much that speed can go. So its not bullshit he cant react to it fast enough. If naruto just act recklessthen i understand. BUt i still don't understand how he was kcm mode and clash to obitio he didn't phase through liked he planned.
