Sakura photoshoping that Taka photo and Shizune(and the hospital) being quite about Sarada's birth doesn't add up.
Sakura and Sasuke are suppose to be married so it makes no sense why they don't have any photos together.
It makes no sense why anyone didn't they just say that Sarada was born outside the village because her parents were traveling together.
Even after the war, the Hidden Leaf is still a military stronghold, and Sauske (and his superiors) clearly believe that secrecy is key to whatever mission they assigned him. I get the feeling that Sakura and Sauske's marriage was a rather rushed affair, with Sauske clearly going away often on long term missions. On the times that Sakura did go with Sauske, their mission must have been deemed secret enough that revealing where the birth location of Sarada might have compromised the mission. Also, for the same reason that governments don't reveal military operations right after they've been accomplished, the group in charge of the mission in which Sarada was born into, may have thought it prudent to keep her birthplace a secret until knowledge of the mission no longer could be proven as a threat.
Photowise, Sauske clearly isn't the type of character to be posing for pictures, in fact, we all know that he'd rather prefer to be off doing his own thing than having any sort of social interaction. Just because he got married doesn't mean his nature changed a whole lot. This, I believe, is a fairly reasonable explanation for the lack of "family photos" in the Uchiha household.
