No, but in theory he could have substituted one of his souls, and escaped trough one of the snakes that fell off of the Hydra. That part of Oro is still sealed inside Itachis Genjutsu world, but just like that part is still sealed there are still other parts that are not, and since Orochimaru always has more than one body (and soul) he doesn't lose any power in the process. Hope that clears things up for ya.
