This scene was from the chunin exams when Kakashi was not even a chunin.Then how come Minato's face carved on the Hokage Mountain?

If he was already Hokage-
Then during Kakashi chronicles, when Minato showed his yellow flash technique to beat the Iwa Shinobi then others (Rin,Obito or Iwa Shinobi) should have said why he was made the Hokage in an early age.


That face of Obito reminds me Naruto when he was a mischievous child in the village.
