Why is Naruto's hair short. I mean literally every character in Naruto that was powerful or had some importance to the plot had somewhat long hair. Examples. Madara, Hashi, Tobirama, Minato, Kushina, Jiraiya, Nagato, Kaguya, Sasuke, Ashura, Indra, Sage of six paths, Itachi, Kakashi, Neji, Obito (even if you wanna say his hair that long remember when he saw Rin get killed his hair was long as sh*t) etc

Why couldn't it just look like this
