4) the second chidori was the one that paralyzed him. So with out the CM he could only use it twice trying to force that third on paralyzed. So that was a nood move.

Only way that Jutsu would involve death, is if BOTH users die. And Ninshuu techniques never emphasized power & caused death. That was the derivation of Ninjutsu.

Never emphasize power? Really because I could swear they fought their mother meaning they had to "emphasize" on power to seal her with the exacted say sealing jutsu.
