I've been noticing that lately myself. From the moment he was introduced in the Chunin Exams Kishimoto hasn't been all that nice to Kiba.

Kishimoto doesn't treat Kiba seriously and the result is that fandom laughs at Kiba.

I used to think Shino was the one with the ill treatment. Now I think he isn't treated so bad. Kiba was treated far worse from the start.

Seriously dude, Lol. That's a rather hilarious but frank way of putting ur opinion. Yes, one may agree that their significance have expired and that it would be less than surprising if they were to die, however knowing Kishi, he may hand-out some major roles for them. Those role/roles I hope to see. Take Sakura for instance, I thought she would've died because of her lack of activity, but we both know that's not the case. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope 4 something great 4 Kiba and Shino.
