I honestly don't see the problem with it. Whilst I can see what you are saying about the scan (the sharingan are up the same way) this tiny little discrepancy isn't something that would ruin a frame, or chapter. I prefer to spend my time enjoying the storyline and the amazing artwork, instead of nitpicking over tiny details. But thats just me......

On a side not since we have no idea what Sasuke's EMS looks like animated how do you know that it does't rotate when activated or when activating a technique? It would explain the discrepancy.

the effing sharingan pupil rotates. Its perfectly normal for designs to be in different positions dammit

Noticed it as well lol. I remember that when Sasuke first revealed the EMS there were a lot of people that didn't like the design. Figured, it may have been an attempt to correct.

Ya the detail that was put in was very minimal. The multiple points that should be shown in the middle are just shown with a single circle. I mean it is as small image, but Kishi should try harder to make it look the same every time.
