Well, it hasn't been explained in detail but we know how Kakuzu and Deidara got the hands and the mouths. Both stole some of their villages kinjutsu, and received these traits through those techniques

Deidara and Kakuzu are kinjutsu and i know why Hidan is immortal but there should be more ninja's just like him
