I have noticed that anything that is subtly mentioned in the manga is almost always brought about later on in the series. For instance when we first learned of the legend of a "Ten Tailed Beast" that was said to be the origin of the world, it was introduced to the story line with the revelation of Obito's eye of the moon plan. There is also Madara, if you remember in the beginning of shippudden kurama tells sasuke of "Madara Uchiha" and his repugnant sharingan(That was one of my first times hearing Madaras name), and to our surprise (or lack thereof) he was introduced to the series. Another example is Shisui UChiha. When itachi was being interviewed by other clan members, i thought shisui was just itachis best friend that he had killed to get MS, but Shisui(mainly his eyes) play a much larger role in the later manga.

I dont really believe this is a theory, it seems pretty factual and i have given three huge examples of it. So now for discussion time. What are some things that have been mentioned that have not been seen and do you think we will see them. I'll start:

We have yet to see Guy or Lee use the 8th gate, but we know it exists. I believe that it will occur sometime soon.

i have, where does it say that that is "that jutsu" jiraiya referred to? handing out chakra isnt even really a jutsu

Im on my phone and dont remember exactly where it is, I believe hes talking to the frogs when he says something about it. Its in the early pain arc I believe when he's talking about the scroll frog, I tthought he was referring to taming the kyuubi but as far as i know it was never verified. Ive heard people with theory it was RDS but who knows. Maybe it was KM and kishi forgot to reference when Jiraiya said that.

Oh I'm almost certain that the 8th gate is being introduced very soon. Lee will be in danger, and Gai will block some attack with an initiation to 8th gate. He will say he won't lose another precious student. (This will simultaneously refer to the origional requirement needed to use the gates: to protect someone precious).

With this we will also probably learn more about the Hyuga (one could hope ^.^) considering they were already mentioned to have ties with the Uchiha, and their classic Yin-Yang was the focal point in an image of the Juubi during the Obito vs Konan fight.

How about that person saskue is going to meet in the manga? I think it's someone already mentioned in the plot.

As this manga is from before Naruto/Pain fight, I think Jiraiya was talking about completing the rasengan (adding nature chakra to it) or maybe even tailed beast ball. I'm not completely sure though..perhaps it could be something that will be revealed when Minato gets to the battlefield and talks to Naruto.
