The thing is when there was "30 giant rasengans" he had the power of his parents behind him being able to take over the power of the kyuubi. (At least I think this is when it was, correct me if I am wrong.) Then the second thing, yeah he had to wait awhile to do the TBB in 4 tails. But this was when he had control of the nine tails power, and is also in Bijuu mode so of course he has more chakra to be able to spam the move. He just has more power via plot no jutsu and power ups. (also correct me if I am wrong.)

i agree that the rasengan is used so much, even though its one of the best jutsu in combat ever...
there are so much more jutsu and i would like to see naruto gain some new wind style jutsu's
or at least get a second nature chakra...i think of naruto as a water type imagine how cool it would be if he did water dragon jutsu in battle
