and rasengan shurikien just a complete jutsu that was in progress but cut short



minato still had a flee on sight order he improved the ftg with range thanks to the pre pared kunais tobirama would need to make contact physically first and mianto reflexes still stand

I see what you mean, and I felt the same way at first, but Minato hasn't necessarily become ruined.

He was capable of taking a technique that was extremely difficult to use by himself, and combine it with his knowledge of Uzumaki seals to make it even more effective that it already was. The fact he can even use it is a statement of his skill.
From what we've seen, Tobirama has only used it to tag opponents, whereas Minato was capable of wiping out entire battalions by using a set of marked kunai instead. He could even use it to redirect attacks, which we have yet to see Tobirama do.

See it this way; a lot of characters have copied jutsu and adapted it for their own uses. Naruto adapted Rasengan into Rasenshuriken, Sasuke adapted Chidori into Chidori Spear/Chidori Stream/Chidori Senbon. Even the main characters don't have a technique that is truly special to them, because they simply derived techniques created by the previous generation.

They are fundamentally different. Tobirama literally has to make contact with something to teleport. Minato can use Kunai's, space-time barriers, seals, AND if anything was ever linked with his chakra, he can teleport to them/that as well. Minato's is on another level.

I think Minato is still boss and I enjoyed his teamwork with Tobirama.

What was the meaning of this thread. If you look at it, the Uchiha clan members usually use the same jutsu. Minato learned jutsu that matched him and made it a bit better. My feelings towards him have not changed. Everyone know that he got it from Tobirama so I don't see why people tripping.

I hate seeing threads like these but I also love it because I love to see Minato Fan Boys in pain, your not made because Tobirama also has FTG, your made because Minato didn't come in and SOLO Juubito like you all thought he would.

Tobirama being able to use FTG does not take away from Minato in the slightest, what was he biggest feat the fact that he created FTG? Because if that was the biggest feat he has then I think his prestige should be recalculated. But if him "inventing" FTG wasn't a huge feat then it makes no difference if someone else created it first. Besides Tobirama himself already said that Minato's FTG is better than his meaning that Minato took his technique and improved it.

Lastly Tobirama is a genius, he created Edo, He created the Paperbomb summoning explosion technique, he created FTG, he no doubt created Eternal Darkness Genjutsu, and that is just what we know of so far. The guy was the driving force behind the creation of Konoha too being the one who implemented many of their systems like the police and the academy etc... Hasihrama was a genius when it comes to raw power but Tobirama was a genius in a different sense and I think that should be respected.

Lastly, Tobirama being able to use FTG doesn't neccesarily make him fast, Minato being so fast was why he was so deadly with it, for example there is the time during the war where Konoha was drastically outnumbered and minato had them all throw his special kunie's into the opposing army and then in an instance took nearly the entire army out, so fast that it looked like he was in more than 1 place at a time. Yes, FTG allows you to teleport from one place to another, but it takes speed of Minato's level to make it truly shine, and I don't believe Tobirama has that.

So cheer up fanboy, Minato is still as strong as ever, he is just a little more balanced...
