Kishi really? (Team 7)

Does it annoy anyone that everytime there is a chance for a team 7 reunion(finding sasuke) kakashi is always missing. Besides the one time kakashi was about to fight sasuke someone is always gone. Kakashi got to the naruto sasuke battle to late, yamato had to be the captain of the sasuke rescue mission (this pissed me off) and now kakashi is fighting in another dimension while sasuke is about to arrive. Why kishi?

They can't all end up in the same place together. If they did Kakashi would have to die and Sakura would be sad because Naruto and Sasuke ended up choosing to be with each other haha
