Kuramas chakra didn't influence Susanoo. Susanno consists of the casters chakra-Sasuke in this case-that's the reason why Susanoo was darker than Narutos Biju-Mode. Sasukes chakra is even darker and colder than Madaras. These feature earmarks Susanoo too.
