Both are almost the same. Only difference is that we can see the teeth of Susano'o in the upper panel and that part isn't shown so clearly when Sasuke gets his EMS. Plus the second scan you used is a Mangapanda scan. Try to find the *********** scan, it is more clear, atleast the drawings don't look like smudged ink.
