Whenever Minato teleported, it was a reaction to fast for Obito to react to so the Rasengan happened to fast for Obito to make his body intangible. 2. obito canceled kamui because he thought he caught Minato with his hand ( he wasn't using kamui at such time )
3. once he canceled kamui , minato jumped and rasenblitzed him .
