Simply because it has not been announced that a Character knows a particular Jutsu, doesn't mean the character doesn't know it.

ok like at first no one only kakashi had the sharingan till sasuke unlocked n then they talked about itachi then ....danzo...tobi...ect...he needs to stick to a story line

yup its crazy i use to like naruto alot more because it was unique (we all know he got sum ideas from dbz but come on he already starting to give them there crazy powers...it was unique in the way that it was ninjas fight with sum power not to insane but oo well its his story n still cool:sy:
