First of all, Madara was fodderized in a single panel and by Zetsu of all people. Second, it was already a stretch that the major villain was some 300 year old dead guy who manipulated every event up to now, but apparently some 1000 year old female spirit can take control of zetsu and incapacitate Madara.

Madara was too weak to be the final villain. He has been torn apart by Gai, Naruto, and Sasuke respectively since he became the Jinchuuriki of the Shinju, and the only reason he is still alive is because of it's ability to seemingly regenerate even fatal wounds. Even after he regained the full power of the Rinnegan, rather than crushing his enemies, he distracted them with Chibaku Tensei to cast the Infinite Tsukiyomi. Given Madara's love of battle, the only reason he would've avoided fighting Naruto and Sasuke is because he didn't know if he could actually defeat them.

Not with one hand, but your point is valid. Naruto so far has not struggled too much in his fights with Madara since returning. In fact, he seems less stressed than during some of his early training with Kakashi.

I think Madaras fodderization was going on for weeks now, ever since he couldn't keep up with Gai. Then he was threatened by Naruto and Sasukes powers, Sasuke easily caught up to him , Naruto dealt with his Shadow without Sasuke. He was losing his "Im the greatest and no one could beat me" touch.

Kinda got bored wid him already.
Im excited to see this Kaguya as a villain developement, and tbh if he doesnt wanna ruin the series Kaguya should be the last villain.

EDIT: It was pretty obvious when The Sage mentioned that no one was stronger than his mother.

It's not fun to see Naruto and Sasuke beat up a man who theyre as strong as. So itll be fun watching Naruto and Sasuke lose for a while
