Here is what I will speculate but it's kind of boring: I think the message was spelled with kanji and put in a web translator and it replaced her name with "God's Seat" and that got pasted by somebody without proofreading. It should've only said "Sakura".

Good point, could be it was referring to Sakura all along with the Hyuuga development Kishi mentioned.

Oh, yeah, now Kishi wants this to be the year of Sakura (and Hinata) development. I remember reading on some blog/forum where he said in '08 that '09 would be a year for Kakashi and Sakura development. I don't know if he was lying to us or forgot but it's clear I think fans should sometimes question story development statements from Kishi himself because of this and the other twists he has/hasn't done in those 4+ years.

Yeah I've had web translations come up with some really weird stuff. I've seen names get translated into Fragrant Pear Incense, Mr. Pine, etc. Sakura's name being there still means there might be something really cool she gets to do.

Kishi didn't really elaborate he only said there's going to be a big Hyuuga dev in '13 what that dev is open to to speculation, some speculate Hinata's sister will replace Neji in Team 11
