i think that sasuke first step of his plan is to be acknowledge by the shinobi in order to do whatever he want to do...

DOES kishi is building it up so sasuke will eventually be also acknowledge by the village and naruto and sasuke will have to fight each other? or it is connected to sasuke secret motive? im not sure but sasuke dont want to become the jin of the 10 tails since he want him to die probably in order to become the hero who saved the leaf
