Kishi made an error with the Rinnegan

So I was answering a question about the Rinnegan and I just realized that Madara in the manga asked Tobi "why wasn't I summoned back with the Rinne Tensei". Didn't Nagato say that there was "still time" to revive the one's he had killed in the village? So if Nagato only had enough time to revive the one's he killed in the village and not being able to revive anyone outside that amount of time, how could obito revive madara. Do different people with the rinnegan have different limitations or what. Let me know what you think.

Either that, or Madara and Obito weren't aware of the time limit.

i suppose it would be easier to revive one person then it was to revive 100000 pluss people if he focused all the chakra used to revive all those people just to get one back i'm sure he could do it

Yup. I actually see the way Obito and Madara are defeated is Madara releases himself from Edo Tensei completely, Obito tries Rinne Tensei, doesn't work due to time limit and dies cuz apparantly it kills the user, and Madara stays dead since there's no one to Edo him again.

I think the time of that jutsu to resurrect any ppl is unlimited. but it doesn't make any sense. Dunno man, nice remark.

maybe, but why didn't he revive Jiraiya, granted he was at the bottom of the ocean, but why than say he "had enough time to revive the one's he had killed" at all, and why not just wait until his chakra reserves came back so he could perform it without having to die

Madara's plan was to be revived by that jutsu....

In my mind it would be obvious that Madara factored in a way that he could be revived despite the time limit.
