(the one naruto stole from the 3rd when young) after mastering so much of jutsu, how come he still can't use a simple sealing jutsu against Madara? didn't he go to Uzumaki clan to learn about sealing jutsu?

Mito was around, so he didn't really need to learn it. He probably can though with a sealing tag.
And I think Kishi had Tobirama perfect them to give him feats

Why would a simple justu work on madara ?
Besides he just used the most powerful seal/supressing justu ever seen and it didn't work.

scroll of seals = hand seals, not sealing jutsu

Look what Hashi says as soon as opening is created 'I' will seal him.(middle panel)
The reason Hashi waited for Shinobi alliance was because he had to keep check on Madara so that Madara won't be able to mobilize, that doesn't mean he didn't know sealing jutsu.

He meant he can't use the sealing jutsu because he was holding madara down in wooden dragon and red gates or whatever,not that he can't use them. And maybe he have some sealing tech. which requires his ****ing scrolls that he used to carry in his lifetime...
