Tobi's reveal has left quite a number of people pissed off reasons being are plot holes, Good guy gone bad, quick power up and the fact that he's alive in the first place. But kishi know what he's doing, if it had been anyone else then current plot holes would never be filled in. for example Rins dissappearance, Kakashi's MS. If it had been anyone other than obito then these would just be questions left unanswered. Kishi has known Tobi's identity for years, do you really think he hasn't thought of every single scenario that wouldn't make sense if tobi turned out to be obito?
I'm sure that once people hear obito's story and past they'll realise that the position he's in is understandable. As of now people are flaming that it wasn't Izuna/kagami/shisui and for some reason future sasuke... And that obito was too damn obvious. Well turns out that because it was so obvious he was one of the characters least expected to be under the mask. Another thing people need to realise is that kishi wasn't going to allow tobi to be any of the above without some kind of back story which we hadnt been given. Before i came to NB i didn't know who Kagami, Izuna was, i knew shizui but only vaguely. So something to point out. The majority of people don't know as much about naruto as the people on this website so if he was someone other than obito they'd be like ':shrug: Whose that?'
So yeah don't thret kishi will explain all in due time, for now all we can do is predict motives and past actions and stuff. If you're interested i made a thread about obito's motives titled 'obito has no motives, or does he?' in a post i made on that thread i explained how MS was activated by high emotion rather than killing of people close to you. if you read the other thread you'll see why i have a different theory for MS.
