What could it be? There are two ways of getting somewhere: movement (footspeed, car, airplane etc.) and manipulation of space time. Are you implying that Naruto is teleporting now?

Not really Sasuke was never said to be out of chakra only Deidara assumed he was and there is a possibility he used some of Orochimaru's chakra for it people must not read the manga if they keep thinking that.

Of course that the time when he get to her was nearly instant. But the same thing can be said about the speed of his hit. Thats the difference between him and Sasuke: Sasuke can get to Kagiya faster than Naruto, but his hit is not fast enough to surprise her.
