Hashirama also got out of the edo tensei control (I believe he did). Now, he is letting those who "inherited the will of fire" face the problems while having a minor role. Should the situation enters - completely - out of control and he will fight as only he can. Still, his death remains one of the few intriguing Kishi's sleeve trumphs. Also, I believe that S06P will be summoned (edo tensei), or at least will appear (should he still alive).
