He gave sasuke and Naruto the most obvious power UPS it would've made more sense if both sasuke and Naruto got rinnegan+rsm.





If Naruto got rinnegan he could awaken rsm since he could've got all bijuu's chakra


If sasuke got rsm he could awaken rinnegan since so6p chakra+ems=rinnegan




He,could've gave Naruto and sasuke their own versions of rsm and rinnegan

I think Kishi need to give Sasuke and Naruto new type of abilities altogether that different from Rinnegan and RSM

Amenotejikara is one example.

And Bijuus power attack for Naruto is another example

Other than that he can give Sasuke similar ability like Limbo but without limbo clone just Sasuke special eyes able to use very powerful shockwave type of attack that can inflict heavy damage or destroying the meteor from one glance.

And for Naruto he can use Bijuu dama like laser. And also manipulating Natural energy around planet and create Black orbs that shared similarities with TSB from thin air.
