Instead of seeing The real SO6P (like i predicted) we are instead seeing the real power of The Sage (incarnate in Madara)

By doing this (letting our main heroes fight the most powerfull being in history) Kishi is making sure this generation (Sasuke & Naruto) will go down in history as being even more powerfull than the Sage himself (after defeating him). Thus ending the Manga without any speculation as to who is the most powerfull of all time.

Its a clever way from Kishi to let us the readers see the true power of SO6P but not actually reviving him, istead having Madara become him.

The only problem i have with this is that i sadly know that Sage Madara will be defeated by the school kids Naruto & Sasuke (It's a Shōnen manga after all). Kishi will perform a MAJOR ASSPULL and give Sasuke & Naruto some stupid ass plot twisting power-up.

I agree somewhat....seems legitimate, but I just have a gut feeling he will still show The Rikudou.

i think theres gonna be alot of rapage once naruto and sasuke get revived or itll happen beforehand. i do believe we are about to lose kakashi or minato or both though in the next few chapters..and maybe even sakura will go unconscious (or die though i doubt it) with the work shes doing :/

i am wondering though, if the s06p comes to being and realizes he is being used...well...so6p could kill madara himself somehow! out there but interesting thought i had.

Yeah, he might get TnJ'd or whatever, but in terms of physical combat, there is no one that can go toe to toe with him. Rinnegan Sasuke or 100% Kyuubi Naruto, it's just not logical.

And I won't get mad about whatever happens. It's just a manga, after all.

I understand man; to be honest Rinnegan Sasuke and 100% Kyuubi Naruto still aren't enough to take even one eyed, non-sage mode Madara, and this Jinchuriki form is literally the closest thing you'd ever get to the sage without the god-fruit. Madara is just too damn strong for Naruto and Sasuke, the only way they will win is via ass-pull, like if they split the god fruit between them. I'd much rather everyone takes part on stopping him

Madara's going to get TNJ'd by Sasuke and Hashirama's technique.

He's still going to be the most powerful being besides the sage to have ever existed though, even if he gets beat by a Sauce and Narco.

The plot is moving forward nicely. IMO, Madara made this war arc possibly one of my favourite arcs.
