I think kishi wrote himself into a wall, he has been restricting powers and techniques for sometime now.

Rinnegan Obito:

Restricted his rinnegan because having him use it would of ended the war already.

Madara:

After madara has used his godly powers, He suddenly got the urge to use only tiajutsu and stand around with his susano'o.

Juubito:

So far, he has been restricted way too much, Logically, Juubito should be able to wipe out the entire field in less than a minute but wont happen for obvious reasons.

Kishi made the villains way too powerful and thus the reason why he keeps restricting their powers so the "good" guys have a chance.

His fighting style relies on kamui so much he kept it over two rinnegan

Madara can;t do nothing against obito without senjustu and obito doesn't wish to kill everyone or the genjustu would be pointless

Madara is in a push for time, he has 15 minutes to beat hashirama and take over the juubi.

juubito had been crippled way too much. You know it as much as i do that he can wipe everyone out with no effort.

I agree with this. I would rather him give the good guys random powerups to make it even then to nerf the bad guys. i understand he want to paint the picture that a battle is hopeless so he has to make someway of victory, but the way he does it downplays to effort of achieving the impossible when your nerf the villain.

Well they want to drag everone ionto a infinite Genjutsu not kill everyone so thats probably the reason why lol no use killing mostly everyone and then drag a few into the Genjutsu
