I think that Kishi is doing it on purpose. It is all a bit to obvious and convenient all the clues that were pointing towards Obito's involvement. I think its a way for kishi to lead us all one way then completely turn the manga on its head when he finally reveals Tobi isn't Obito (which he clearly isn't).

I am actually resisting the urge of posting my Tobi theory
If Tobi isn't revealed this week I will , but if there is clues that go against my theory then I defo wont be posting xd

Do I think Tobi is most likely using Obito's other Sharingan...of course, but we know Tobi is able to transplant eyes and other things at will SO if anything I would say this chapter pretty much
PUTS TO REST Tobi = Obito. Why? That part is simple, why would Kishi EVER put together a chapter like this? Since when does he make anything that obvious as to put Tobi's identity on a silver platter for us? Not only that but something I have said in a lot of Tobi = Obito theories which is those who believe in this theory, have you ever ACTUALLY READ SOMETHING TOBI SAYS? The guy is a master manipulator, strategist, articulate, etc... No one is on the same level as him to be able to MANIPULATE 5 KAGE AND START A WAR (let alone the greatest and biggest war out of them all).

Read this past chapter over again and look at how Tobi speaks and is able to articulate/convey what he needs to say to the point where he has them all dancing like puppets. There are very few PHYSICAL FACTS about Tobi, yet we do know he has the ability to regenerate limbs, etc...

Without getting so off topic, put yourself in Kishi's shoes or better yet think of any and I mean ANY good movie, story, whatever type of media/writing example(s) you want to use where there is some form of twist we didn't see coming. Sephiroth you answered your own thread. Of course Kishi THIS WEEK is going to throw some gasoline onto the fire that is Obito = Tobi Theories. Than sometime soon he will do the same with Tobi = Madara theories. If I haven't made my point yet to some people/people are still confused think of it like this: What is the movie "The Sixth Sense" known for? One thing and that is the TWIST at the END. It is at the end for a reason. If Kishi were to make it this obvious at this point in the game, who is going to stay around for the END?

...I think this is the end, bro. Kishi's spent 500 chapters breeding plot bunnies, and now he's wrapping alot of them up. All that's really needed after these fights finish is the Naruto/sasuke rematch... and depending on where sasuke's head is going, that might not even happen.

There are going to be AT LEAST another 50-100 issues/chapters. He hasn't even come close to wrapping up 1/100th of the loose ends, characters, jutsu(s), plot-lines, etc... the Naruto/Sasuke Rematch (at least TO ME) wouldn't even be in the top 10. Just to be nice I will put a list longer than a sentence which if I didn't do would make it 1000 things.

This is in NO ORDER

1.) What actually happened with Madara and Hashirama's battle - i.e.: How did the actual fight go? (And 600 other questions).

2.) Zetsu's origins and abilities in full? (My guess is this one question alone will tie up 1/2 of Kishi's Plot no Jutsu's)

3.) What was Tobirama's S/T Jutsu? And since we are on the topic of Tobirama, why is he the one given credit for creating IWR/Edo-Tensei since it clearly wasn't him?

4.) What happened to Rin? Hell if I had to make a Tobi theory right now based off THIS LAST CHAPTER ONLY, I would say Tobi = Rin. The way Tobi talked to Kakashi and what Tobi actually said to Kakashi, it could be either one of them.

5.) How in the HELL does Madara know Nagato and Orochimaru know Tobi and this whole "All the villains knew each other" stuff Kishi has been writing? Better yet Nagato was obviously CENTRAL/AT THE CENTER of this plan, so what is the reality with that whole thing?

6.) Kabuto having Madara's body but Muu was the only one capable of summoning him? And how about just explaining Muu in general?

7.) What was Itachi dying from?

8.) What was Madara's Jutsu with the Meteors/Comets? (and for that matter does he have the BLACK MATERIA?!?!?!?!)

9.) Any and all questions concerning Gedo Mazo. Did Nagato know he was "synced" to the Juubi/Ten-Tails? (Once again 600 more questions on this one).

10.) And last but not least: WHAT THE CLUCK IS ON THAT TABLET?!?!

As far as Sasuke vs Naruto rematch....I would just say match since they never really had a match per-se.

kishi is indeed ****ing with us, and for anyone who has followed the series you should realise by now that kishi do these things to **** with us, for example this chapter, kishi makes us all believe he's obito by pointing so much evidence and what happens? boom he's not obito and everyone is surprised, i know kishi by now after reading his manga for years, if kishi hints towards that character it's most likely not him
