If the last 150 or so chapters weren't any indication, then it is this last arc and the last ~10 chapters. What Kishimoto has done to this manga is the equivalent of a person slowly bleeding to death and then dying in an instant.
The last two chapters are easily the worst in Naruto history, which is saying a lot considering the countless trainwrecks we've gotten in the last year. What has hyped up to be the most powerful villain was defeated in a completely deflating and frankly absurd manner, first of all by Kakashi somehow acquiring Obito's eyes instantly using them to pass through Kaguyas attacks, using RAIKIRI on her, and finally SAKURA of all people to land a hit on Kaguya to allow Naruto and Lord Sasuke to seal her, thus defeating her. The fact that Sakura, ditzy, useless sakura was relevant at all in this battle without getting killed is absurd and the defeat of the most powerful villain was due to a sealing jutsu with the most boring lead up.
Finally, once the old hag is sealed, the So6P somehow reappears, summons every past Kage (LOL) and ends this war with a "Thank you for saving the world." Hopefully this manga is over and there are no more villains and twists, because at this point Kishimoto turned Naruto into pure comedy and unrealistic plots and that's all it has been since probably pre-shippuden chapters.
Also, Sakura looks ugly as hell in the two panels where she's looking at Lord Sasuke. Naruto doesn't need someone like that and frankly Kaguya is more attractive than Sakura, so at least Naruto will have hinata, someone actually good looking.
The only thing at this point that can give Naruto at least some credibility back is if Sakura dies, ideally killed by Lord Sasuke.
Either way, Kishimoto brought this manga down to the literary level of 50 Shades of Grey.
