With Sarada in this emotional state u don't think things need to be made clear to her? Personally I am all for Sarada having Karin's DNA, but story-wise it has no point.
If Sasuke and Karin had a daughter and Sasuke apparently doesn't love Karin seeing how he married Sakura that would mean Sarada was made purely to pass down genes.
If that is the case Sarada is no better than a Shin clone which is really messed up
That plot could actually be transmitted better if Sakura was her mother :|

It would help her bond with her parents more. Based on this situation, how much emotional harm it's caused Sarada, Sakura will surely tell Sarada everything instead of keeping it a secret.
This situation itself has connected Sarada with Sasuke, as she finally got to meet him, and he's shown that he cares deeply for her, and Sakura - using his own body to shield her from Shins attack , and with no hesistation walked into Orochimaru's hideout, ready to kick his ass if he was working with Shin. He also called Sakura his wife and Sarada his child, hearing him say that must of made Sarada feel good, and connected to Sasuke,and Sakura.
This whole situation will bring them together.
He kinda did. Having Neji be killed off for the pairing, and having him show no romantic interest in Hinata the whole manga, which left it up to a movie to do so.
In Part one Sasuke put team 7 on the same level as his family, and he did so aswell when thinking about the past in chapter 698. That is very significant.
The forehead poke was to show Sakura that she's special to him, it is something Itachi always did with him, the fact he did that to Sakura is also signifcant.
Sakura is the closest girl to Sasuke, him developing romantic interest in her is plausible once he came back to the good side.

I have a strong feeling that Naruto is going to say that Sakura still raised Sarada because she raised her and thus should help her. That will be the moral of the story.
Oh Karin made Sarada with her and Sasuke's DNA.
Sakura is not her mother. She pretty much confirmed it herself in the latest chapter. Why would sarada go through all this emotional hassle if it turns out that Sakura really is her mother? Wouldn't that be a bigger troll. The picture, her appearance, the birth certificate, shizune's secrecy, the DNA text! ?
And U+U baby would be awesome for plot. And would make for an intresting rivalry with Boruto

According to Sarada's reasoning you shouldn't help someone who didn't give birth to you or related to you.

I doubt Naruto will be involved in that because it allows Sarada to become resolved without dealing with her relationship with her parents. A family can't function or heal like that because it just leaves a big gap that is just ignored. If Karin turns out to be Sarada's mom there will be a justifiable reason.
But you and I know that is and will not be the case as evidently from the manga. Sarada stated that she has been keeping quiet on the matter for a long time, meaning that she has always been suspecting that Sakura may not have been her mother. The poor kid deserves better. Sakura has fed her with lies and it's clear now salad is angry at her because of it.
Sakura saying that children are more than their genes is confirmation that Sarada is not hers? :| Do u know what confirmation means? Sarada went through this whole deal because of her uncertainty about her family.
The birth certificate is because Sakura and Sasuke were away while Sakura was pregnant and Sarada was born.
The same can be said as to why Shizune couldn't say anything to Sarada.
The appearance could be trolled and the DNA could not be Karin's but I am partial to this theory.

At the start of Gaiden Sarada was questioning the Ninja way, she didn't understand it.
Naruto told Sarada that there is no ninja greater than Sasuke, and based on what Sasuke's doing, she could learn the value of Ninja, and be inspired to become one.
Sasuke hasn't been with his family because he was on a mission to save the world, Sarada will learn the importance of Shinobi, and their duties from learning about her Farther, and hopefully her Uncle. Sasuke is sacraficing his own personal happiness for the greater good, similarly to Itachi aswell.
We've already seen her in the movie promos with a headband so we know she's a Ninja, something clearly happened to motivate her into becoming a Shinobi.
The main part if Gaiden so far has been Sarada, and her family, so it wouldn't be a surprise if these events connect her with her parents, after all this is a Shinobi family. These events will connect them, and strengthen their bond.
She's angry at the moment, she's also a 12 year old girl. If she really continued to dislike Sakura then i doubt she would continue to wear Sakura's exact same outfit in the movie which we know takes places after Gaiden.
There's a good ending to this whole situation.
Ofcourse Sakura's lied to her, Sasuke is on a top secret mission, and told them not to tell anyone about it, that includes Sarada.
About her medical records of why she wasn't born in Konoha. We know little about it, there's not much to form a prediction of off, i think.
Sarada was wondering if Sasuke,and Sakura were together, remember when she asked Sakura if she was married to Sasuke?
Well she's now heard both of her parents say they're with each other, and she's their child.

(Shizune has no proof and can't say for certain. So she couldn't lie. That is y she simply told Sarada that her presumption was ridiculous)
That umbilical cord could have either been Sarada's or Karin's and Sarada just has Karin's DNA like i pointed out in the thread.

Except Sasuke still could have contacted Sarada on the mission via the Hawk or fly to village with Susanoo(he ran across countries on foot in no time). There is really no excuse for that.

He probably wanted to be with his family fully once the world is saved rather drop by once in awhile for a few seconds then leave.
Keep in mind he is the only one who can uncover these 1000 year old mysteries about Kaguya, the White Zetsu Army, the Ninja who created it, and the threat that's even greater than Kaguy who WILL appear in the shinobi lands at sometime.
He is the only one who can see Kaguya's traces/remnants which are scattered across the world. He is the only one who can piece things together.
This is extremely hard, he's giving it all his focus.
She didn't specifically say what the mission was, nor that it was top secret.

Point is why can't he just leave out what the mission to his daughter like Sakura does? And how would sending a hawk revealing what he is doing?
