I've been noticing a lot of people going after Sasuke yet again. Are you obsessed or something? I'm going to make this short and simple by saying that Kishi is either not thinking, but his most probable reason is just nerfing Sasuke's techniques. We've seen it happen with Amaterasu -- doesn't surprise me if he does with Sasuke's S/T Tech. These are scans from CH 674:
I see a lot of people saying that Sasuke can only use his S/T Tech a total of three times, then he needs to recharge to use it again.
My Answer: I don't believe Sasuke has limitations to the number of times he can use his S/T Tech. In the scan where
Madara flies away, he notices that Sasuke's S/T Tech has a limitation to its range -- its easy for me to
accept this fact, or the tech would be too OP. But in the same scan where Madara flies away from Naruto
and Sasuke, people started to believe this whole "3 times" bs. I've seen people use it in other threads, so
none of this fabricated claim adds up. Sasuke couldn't reach Madara, but that doesn't mean he couldn't
use the S/T Tech a fourth time. Show me if i missed something, because so far i see nothing.
In CH 682, Kaguya separated Sasuke from Naruto in the last page. I'm surprised on how the Naruto fanboys make so many excuses for Naruto! First of all, Kaguya took Sasuke by surprise. Naruto didn't react when Kaguya teleported her hand behind Sasuke, so how does this make Naruto "The Speed God." I admit Naruto has done superb against Kaguya, but the little nitpicking the Naruto fanboys do comes out of desperation. When Sasuke and Kaguya have done their techniques, all Naruto does is "Eh, Eh, Eh!" Why? Because even he can't anticipate their moves completely.
My answer: I don't understand how people expect Sasuke to dodge Kaguya's tech. People believe its easy and done,
but this is a God were talking about here. Kaguya's S/T tech far surpasses Sasuke, since his is a miniature
version of her own technique in a sense. They have similar techniques, but Kaguya is in a different scale
and level than Sasuke. Stupid comments such as "Why didn't Sasuke get himself out of the dimension if he
has S/T Tech" don't hold much value. Kaguya can travel through dimensions, while Sasuke is unable to do
the same. Sasuke's S/T Tech takes a bit of prep before activating, so i hope that has become evident to
all of you. Withing that small prep time, if you have an attack fast enough, you can stop Sasuke on his
tracks.
You see this is proof that Sasuke is unable to use his S/T Tech in order to leave the dimension; he just doesn't have the ability to it. His Rinnegan can swap objects and travel fast through a limited amount of range, but he can't travel dimensions. This technique also causes Kaguya to lose chakra.
See Zetsu even says that our dear beloved Kaguya loses "Lots of Chakra" when she uses her power to travel through dimensions. We all know that Kaguya loses a lot of chakra when she uses her S/T Tech as of this chapter, so we must take into account the amount of chakra that Sasuke loses when he uses his own S/T Tech.
My answer: There is a reason why Kishi gave Kaguya this jutsu, and it's because she can handle the chakra loss. As we know, Kaguya has more chakra than the Juubi itself. Comments made by both Naruto and Sasuke, for those who don't know:

Now this chapter people start indicating that Sasuke can only use his technique "3 times, cooldown, and recharge." Did anyone take into account that Kaguya sent flying bones to kill them? Sasuke was commenting on the fact that he couldn't dodge it through the S/T Tech, or it would take too much time! I guess people really just focus on whatever bs they create and makes it official proof.
My answer: Sasuke's weaknesses so far is range, requires some prep, and he loses chakra as well as Kaguya. There's
no recharge after three times, and there isn't anything else to suggest it. Basing the recharge from CH 674
is not only stupid -- its redundant to go over again. You should know the weaknesses and i pretty much
summed it when i said that Kishi is nerfing Sasuke. Why? So that Naruto hogs the spotlight. It probably
either has to do with giving Naruto more of a role in Kaguya's defeat, or Sasuke will be Naruto's final
opponent after Kaguya's defeat (which means less involved in this fight).
All i know is that Kishimoto is nerfing Sasuke. No one needs to be a rocket scientist to know this is fact.
