This chapter really gave us a bunch of info and confirmed/denied many possible theories. A quick recap:
Hamura seems to be the progenitor of at least the Hyuuga. (About the Uzumaki we still don't know)
Kaguya is directly related to the Juubi. It looks like the Juubi was the fusion of the remnant of the Shinju and Kaguya.
The brothers sealed the Juubi/Kaguya.
Naruto and Sasuke are able to seal her away because of the power the sage gave them.
Black Zetsu played everyone till now.
Zetsu's aren't really born from Hashirama, they are born from the Shinju + absorbed people.
And finally THAT JUTSU again ;-).
