I'm going to go ahead and rank a few other people as worse dads than Minato.

How about Haku's dad who tried to kill him?

Or Kimmimaro's dad who locked him in a cage to be used as a weapon?

Or Sasuke's dad for not giving a shit about his son until his better son stopped being evil with the rest of the Uchihas?


There are a ton of worse fathers than Minato. Pretty much every father that has been shown is worse other than Shikaku and Chouza.

remember that scene where kakashi is talking to his dad? just before kakashi was brought back from the dead, his dad told him that he was moving or what not?

i think he can. Impure world resurrection returns the soul back from the pure world into the impure (real) world. he has brought back lots of good guys as well as bad guys, i'm guessing a fair amount of them had moved on like sakumo did


back on topic, sakumo is not really significant to the storyline, even less than obito i'd say. also his character already did what he had to do when he met kakashi, it closed off his story nicely. but i'd still like to see what he can do, as long as his edo tensei gets a fair amount of time to fight. i was really looking forward to hanzou and it wasn't done well at all.

Ok I'm in no way disagreeing that "Kanohas White Fang" is being over looked, but what minato actually said was, and I quote "Kakashi is the son of the genius ninja hatake sakumo, known as the kanoha white fang. His father had respect on the same level as the 'Legendary Sannin'."
Nothing about sannin being "Pale in comparison"....ok
