There really isn't anything new about them at all. Literally every one of them are copy/paste jobs of their parents. Like do we really need to see more Rasengan variants? Didn't we get enough of that in 700 + chapters. Stating they are stronger than the previous gen doesn't do it for most of us. Including Japan.

In fact, Boruto has been doing really poorly in Japan. I'm not blaming ikemoto. But if they really wanted to make something original they should start in another village. With a new protagonist completely unrelated to Naruto.

It's like the Hidden leaf is the only village these legendary Ninja come from.

We don't need another 700 chapters of the same in pint sized form. I agree making it all cute and family orientated sounds like a really bad idea for sure.

But i am just really uninterested in the new generation. Show me something completely new please.

Most of the new gen has both traits of their parents, and their abilities are different.

For example Naruto mentioned that his son isn't like him nor Sasuke, which tells you alot about Boruto that as if he's different character even though he has somewhat similarity to Naruto in a way with his cockiness attitude. Kishi explain that Boruto is more mature, more refined, more crafty and more sarcastic whereas Naruto is more straightforward, more childish, and he's too stupid.

Boruto is a prodigy who has 3 chakra affinity as a kid and I somewhat agree that Boruto vanishing rasengan is a signature move of Naruto rasengan except that unlike Naruto; Boruto has many variety of techniques and jutsu in his reserve such as the purple lightning similar in Kakashi hiden, gale palm and that water style technique. All of this was spoiled by the databook, but we know Boruto isnt a clone of his father ESPECIALLY when Chapter 1 released; it reveal that Boruto has many properties in which he had this tatoo that is considering new and original which we have no idea what it was. He has one eye byakugan transplanted while rocking sasuke sword and headband which once again disprove your point about being "copy and paste"

I can make the same argument about Sarada. She has both traits of her mother and father and she's more optimistic about becoming Hokage, and unlike Sakura, Sarada isn't a healer. Mitsuki is the one to have medical ninjutsu which is an interesting turn. She is going to be the type of a person where she's going to be in a frontline. Sarada is also a genjutsu specialist, equipped with Fuuma Shuriken: Kage Fuusha and Raisen/ Lightning Flash.
Once again, the databook revealed their techniques.

I know Shikadai looks like a clone of his father however he also has the same feature look as temari and it was revealed that he has both techniques from both of their parents. Also don't forget gaara kids looking badass especially shiniki being a beast with the iron sand.

Out of all the design, Sarada and Chocho have the most original feature looks and also Kaweki doesn't seem to derived from the hidden leaf village, plus Kishi said he hasn't shown all the characters yet which mean there's is still alot more room to showcase from different villages. This is the new era we are talking about, we are through with this whole senju and uchiha reincarnation BS.

How can you be tired of the hyuga when they barely have any spotlight, the only reason why you might say that is because they are related to the ootsutski but in fact that's only cheap cop out way to make the hyuga on the top of the food chain when they are clearly not in any shape or form, they will remain forever irrelavant. Same can be said with the uzumaki. Himawari is what Hinata should've become, being all savages.

The rest I agree when it comes to the uchiha and ootsutski.

Also it seems you have no idea where this series is going with, because to my knowledge this is an era of modern technology which is something new and different. A new generation that is based on peace and prosperity after Naruto ended the shinobi war. which is why you have this bad impression about so called family but guess what it's going to have darker twist, I don't see anything childish about the leaf being destroyed, Naruto "supposedly death" and Boruto scar engraved in his eye and replace with another eyeball...
This is going to be something similar to Legend Of Korra bro, technology will have huge impact to the new gen.
