Naruto takes the rest of the Tail Beast powers to Himself He won't need it. Right now Naruto has 3 kinds of eyes,Regular Sage and Sage/Beast as shown in the end of the Pain Arc. So Naruto's eyes change depending on His power ups and each tail beast has a different eye shape that when interpose on top of each other gives you a hint of what could be Naruto's final eye look.

I think that is how it is going to be in the end. Naruto will have all of the Bijuu inside of him just not all fused together. That way he can just use any of the many powers that each Bijuu has like the mist, fire, water, flight, sand, wind, poison, etc. It would be a power up from 1-9 each with a Sage Mode variant and then all together(Juubi Mode) with its Sage Mode Variant.

But I think that Naruto will get the Rinnegan one way or the other. Either it is going to be given to him or when he ever gets all of the Bijuu's chakra then the Rinnegan will activate in him like it did with Rikudo Sennin.

I mean yes it wouldn't really suit him because he controls people through talk no jutsu but you have to remember the other side of having the Rinnegan. He would be able to learn all jutsu fairly easier than he has been before(not like he has not been learning them faster anyways, but this would make it like an instant almost.). He would then become the most powerful Hokage and or Shniobi in history including Rikudo. Why? Because he would know every single jutsu before he ever become Hokage and could basically be his own army. He could have 25 Sages, 25 BM, 25 BM<->SM, and 9 Clones in different Bijuu mode. Rhen think about all of them having the Rinnegan, yes that would be too overpowered. Waaaaaay too overpowered that no one would mess with Naruto or his village ever because he could just send a clone their way to give order. Then it would be like Naruto is a Dictator/Emperor instead of a Leader.

Kind of and Kind of not. See the Magenko Sharingan stilll has some Bijuu Chakra or at least some of it characteristics of being very strong chakra running through their veins and eyes. So even so mixing the mutated Eye of the Bijuu with the original DNA of the Sage would activate the Rinnegan even more than if it was just Madara activating it by infusing himself with Senju DNA like he did with Obito. He even told Obito that he MIGHT activate the Sharingan not WHEN he activated it. If it was just those two DNAs that was needed then he wouldn't have needed Nagato Uzamaki's DNA to activate it since that is the original DNA that activated the Rinnegan in a human to begin with.

So it's either you need the eyes that has the chakra of the Juubi in them or you need to complete chakra sealed inside of you in order to awaken the Rinnegan.
