Ok This is my first ever post on here so please nobody flame me 
now lets get started,
After re-reading and looking up a few things i realised something. Now before i say what that is im sure we have all by now read kishi's interview in which he states Toby will be revelead in a couple of weeks.
I think he will either be revealed on chapter 600 or he will be revealed before but chapter 600 will explain why he did it and connection with Madara etc
I think this because every 100th chapter something groundbreaking happens as the story progresses,
Chapter 100- Naruto against neji, here we see naruto rise to the challenge and the chunnin exams marks oro attack on village
Chapter 200- Sasuke leaves the village with sound 4 which is huge
Chapter 300-They find Sasuke in Oro hideout
Chapter 400- We learn about the truth behind Itachi and the massacre from Tobi
Chapter 500- Kushina tells us what happened on Naruto's birth
As you can see the further down we go the more groundbreaking the chapter is, which is why I feel on chapter 600 it will continue this and either he will be revealed, or major information regarding him will be
